Yesterday we welcomed Mathew Collins of The Sibly Food Company to Regina Mundi College. Mathew spoke to our 3rd year students about his entrepreneurial journey so far. From humble beginnings in his mother’s kitchen to his protein balls being sold in Aldi stores nationwide, earning him a new one million euro contract. Mathew encouraged the girls to use social media to their advantage and show resilience in-spite of negativity but above all being nice to people whoever they are ultimately brings rewards in the end.
