Sincere thanks to Sarah Salvin for presenting to our 4th Year students yesterday as part of Enterprise Week in the school.
Sarah shared an honest and insightful account of her journey in setting up and running a business at just 18 years old. As the owner of Sarah at the Crossroads Café, she took the brave leap into entrepreneurship shortly after completing her Leaving Cert last year. Her café is now thriving, and she also creates incredible celebration cakes.
Sarah’s ambition and entrepreneurial spirit at such a young age are truly inspiring. Our students were highly engaged and appreciated the opportunity to learn about both the rewards and challenges of starting a business.
