On Wednesday afternoon, the 5th-year Business classes participated in a pizza-making course with Oak Fire Pizza at the Marina Market. During the session, students learned essential skills such as dough proving and proper dough stretching. In addition to the practical aspects of pizza making, they gained insight into the inspiration behind Oak Fire Pizza’s business and the expansion of its restaurant locations across Cork. To most people’s surprise, it is not a franchise. Great fun was had by all.
